Craig Flory successfully negotiated a plea agreement for a reduction of a client’s State Jail Felony Credit Card/Debit Card Abuse case to Class A Misdemeanor Theft, arguing that the one witness who could identify his client should have been charged and might be able to claim a right not to testify under the 5th Amendment protection against self-incrimination.
